Please find attached Newsletter No.3 (2025/2026), which serves as the agenda for our 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will take place tomorrow at 7:00 PM.

AGM Reference Documents

To help you prepare for the meeting, please review the following attached documents:

• Agenda Item 1: Minutes from the last AGM (attached).
• Agenda Item 3: Auditor’s and Committee’s Report / Financial Statement 2025/2026 (attached).

Trip Raffle & Membership Renewal (Last Reminder)

The draw will take place on the day, and the winner of the trip raffle will be announced at the meeting. Only new or renewed members for the upcoming season will be eligible for the draw.

Please ensure your application satisfies both requirements:

• If you renewed directly with MU:Make sure you have paid the local fee.
• If you have just paid the local fee:Make sure you have completed your renewal with MU.

Warning: If either requirement is missing on the day of the AGM, your application will be classified as incomplete, and you will not be eligible for the draw.

Members no longer need to submit a renewal form. Once payment is received, your membership will be automatically updated.

Complimentary Buffet

The Committee would like to thank you for your continued support. There will be a complimentary buffet for you to enjoy after the Annual General Meeting.

 Finally, starting Tuesday, 9^th June, our club is updating its operating hours.

• Mon: Closed
• Tue – Thu: 6:00 PM – Late
• Fri – Sat: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM & 6:00 PM – Late
• Sun: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
