Dear Member<\/p>\n

Our 33rd<\/sup> Annual General Meeting will be held at our premises on Tuesday 2nd<\/sup> June at 7pm. The agenda for the meeting is as follows \u2013<\/p>\n

  1. To discuss and approve the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on the 3rd<\/sup> June 2025. A copy will be sent before the AGM via email.<\/li>\n
  2. The Chairman\u2019s Report, where he will cover the events over the past year, together with forthcoming projects.<\/li>\n
  3. Certify and approve the Financial Statement for the period 01\/04\/25 to 31\/03\/26 together with the Auditor\u2019s and Committee\u2019s Report. A copy will be sent before the AGM via email.<\/li>\n
  4. Members\u2019 Motions. Members are reminded that under Rule 25.1 any member is entitled to propose any resolution at the AGM but notice must be submitted in writing to the Secretary, not later than 7 days before the AGM.<\/li>\n
  5. Approval of Budget for 2026\/2027.<\/li>\n
  6. Election of Committee for 2026\/2027.<\/li>\n
  7. Election of Auditor for the Financial Period 01\/04\/26 to 31\/03\/27.<\/li>\n
  8. Trip Raffle. Please be advised that only those who are members for the new season (2026\/2027) on the day will be eligible for the draw, therefore, it is extremely important that you renew by that date. If you require further forms, please collect them from our premises or download them from here \u2013 New Membership Form<\/a><\/li>\n
  9. Any other business.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Finally the Committee would like to thank you for your continued support. There will be a complimentary buffet for you to enjoy after the Annual General Meeting, hope to see you there.<\/p>\n
