ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dear Member<\/p>\n

OUR 31st ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING WILL BE HELD ON THURSDAY, 6th<\/sup>\u00a0\u00a0JUNE, AT 7PM AT OUR PREMISES IN WELLINGTON FRONT, GIBRALTAR\u00a0<\/p>\n

AGENDA<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. To read and approve the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on the 1st<\/sup>\u00a0June 2023<\/li>\n
  2. Matters arising from the Minutes<\/li>\n
  3. Chairman\u2019s Report<\/li>\n
  4. Certify and approve the Financial Statement for the period 01\/04\/23 to 31\/03\/24 together with the Auditor\u2019s and Committee\u2019s Report. This will be send shortly<\/li>\n
  5. Members\u2019 Motions (as per Rule 25.1 notice of 7 days is required). Committee proposals will be send shortly.<\/li>\n
  6. \u00a0Approval of Budget for 2024\/2025.\u00a0<\/li>\n
  7. Election of Committee for 2024\/2025.\u00a0<\/li>\n
  8. Election of Auditor for the Financial Period 01\/04\/24 to 31\/03\/25.\u00a0<\/li>\n
  9. Any other business.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Members are reminded that under Rule 25.1 any member is entitled to propose any resolution at the Annual General Meeting but notice must be submitted in writing to the Secretary not later than 7 days before the Annual General Meeting.<\/p>\n

    It is important that you attend the AGM as the Chairman will in his Report cover events over the past year, together with forthcoming projects. There will also be a complimentary buffet for you to enjoy after the Annual General Meeting.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
